Leave Types

Define the types of leave available in your organization.

Default Leave Types

  • Casual Leave — For personal matters
  • Sick Leave — For medical reasons
  • Earned Leave — Accrued over time
  • Compensatory Off — For working on holidays

Adding a Leave Type

  1. Go to Settings > HR Setup > Leave Types
  2. Click + New Leave Type
  3. Enter the name and code
  4. Configure settings (paid/unpaid, carry forward, max days)
  5. Click Create
