Monitor and manage daily attendance for your organization.

Attendance Overview

The attendance page shows:

  • Daily summary — Present, absent, late, on leave counts
  • Individual records — Each employee's check-in/out time
  • Location data — Where employees checked in from

Marking Attendance

Attendance can be recorded in two ways:

  1. Self check-in — Employees check in via the web or mobile app
  2. Admin entry — Managers can manually record attendance

Attendance Rules

  • Check-in is validated against assigned work locations (geofencing on mobile)
  • Late arrivals are flagged based on shift timings
  • Overtime is calculated based on configured rules
