Lead Metrics

  • Total leads — all leads in the system
  • New leads — leads created in the selected period
  • Leads trend — percentage change compared to previous period
  • Leads by status — breakdown by New, Contacted, Qualified, Converted, Disqualified

Deal Pipeline Metrics

  • Deals by stage — count and value at each pipeline stage
  • Pipeline value — total value of active deals (not yet won or lost)
  • Won value — value of deals won in the period
  • Lost value — value of deals lost in the period
  • Average deal size — average value of won deals
  • Conversion rate — percentage of closed deals that were won

A visual funnel chart showing deals at each pipeline stage, from Qualification through to Won. Helps identify where deals are getting stuck.

Follow-up Tracking
