All Deals

Manage all your sales deals in one place. Deals represent specific business opportunities with a value, timeline, and pipeline stage.

Deal List

View deals with:

  • Deal number and title
  • Customer or lead name
  • Pipeline stage (with color indicator)
  • Deal value
  • Priority
  • Assigned owner
  • Expected close date

Filtering

  • Stage — filter by pipeline stage
  • Customer — filter by linked customer
  • Priority — filter by deal priority
  • Search — search by deal title or number

Creating a Deal

Deals can be created from three entry points, in order of how common they are:

This is the main flow. See Qualifying a Lead — the qualify dialog creates the deal (and customer if needed) and drops you on the deal detail page.

From an existing Customer

For repeat business from a customer already in your system:

  1. Open the customer from CRM > Customers
  2. Open the actions menu () and click Add Deal
  3. The deal form opens with the customer already selected
  4. Fill in the deal details and click Create Deal

Directly

For a deal that didn't come through a lead (walk-in, word of mouth, etc.):

  1. Go to CRM > Deals > All Deals (or the Pipeline view)
  2. Click + New Deal
  3. Enter deal details:
    • Title (required) — e.g., "Office Interior Renovation"
    • Customer (optional) — search and pick, or leave blank and link later
    • Value (optional)
    • Priority
    • Expected close date (optional)
    • Description (optional)
  4. Click Create Deal

The deal is placed at the first stage of your default pipeline. You can drag it through stages on the Pipeline view.

Deal Detail

Click a deal to view:

  • Deal title, number, and current stage
  • Value, probability, and expected close date
  • Linked customer and source lead
  • Description/requirements
  • Quotations created for this deal
  • Converted project (if won)
  • Lost reason (if lost)

Deal Lifecycle

Created → Qualification → Needs Analysis → Proposal Sent → Negotiation → Final Review → Won / Lost
  • Won deals can be converted to projects
  • Lost deals record the lost reason for future analysis
  • The source lead remains open — new deals can be created from the same lead later

Quotations

Quotations are created under deals:

  1. Open a deal
  2. Navigate to the quotations section
  3. Click + New Quotation
  4. Add line items, terms, and submit
