Customer List

View all customers with:

  • Company name
  • Contact person
  • Phone and email
  • Total business value
  • Status

Adding a Customer

  1. Go to CRM > Customers > All Customers
  2. Click + New Customer
  3. Enter company and contact details
  4. Add billing and shipping addresses
  5. Click Create

Tip

Most customers are created automatically as part of qualifying a lead — you rarely need to create one from scratch.

Adding a Deal for a Customer

To start a new opportunity with an existing customer:

  1. Open the customer from the list
  2. Open the actions menu () and click Add Deal
  3. The deal form opens with this customer already selected — fill in the title, value and close date
  4. Click Create Deal
