System Users

Manage user accounts and access.

User List

View all users with their:

  • Name and email
  • Role
  • Status (active/inactive)
  • Last login

Adding a User

  1. Go to Settings > Access Control > System Users
  2. Click + New User
  3. Enter name, email, and phone
  4. Assign a role (determines permissions)
  5. Click Create

The user will receive an email invitation to set their password.

Deactivating a User

  1. Find the user in the list
  2. Click Deactivate
  3. The user will no longer be able to log in

Warning

Deactivating a user does not delete their data. All records associated with the user are preserved.
