System Users¶
Manage user accounts and access.
User List¶
View all users with their:
- Name and email
- Role
- Status (active/inactive)
- Last login
Adding a User¶
- Go to Settings > Access Control > System Users
- Click + New User
- Enter name, email, and phone
- Assign a role (determines permissions)
- Click Create
The user will receive an email invitation to set their password.
Deactivating a User¶
- Find the user in the list
- Click Deactivate
- The user will no longer be able to log in
Warning
Deactivating a user does not delete their data. All records associated with the user are preserved.
