Leave Policies

Define how many leaves of each type are allocated per year.

Creating a Policy

  1. Go to Settings > HR Setup > Leave Policies
  2. Click + New Policy
  3. Enter the policy name
  4. Add leave type allocations (e.g., Casual Leave: 12 days)
  5. Click Create

Assigning a Policy

Policies can be assigned to:

  • All employees (default policy)
  • Specific departments
  • Individual employees
